How to Measure Bracelet Size

To ensure your bracelet fits comfortably and looks great, follow these steps to measure your bracelet size accurately.

Tools You Need

  • A soft measuring tape or a piece of string
  • A ruler
  • A pen to mark (if using string)

Steps to Measure

Step 1: Wrap the Tape or String Around Your Wrist

Wrap the soft measuring tape or string around your wrist at the spot where you would like to wear the bracelet. Ensure it is snug but not too tight or too loose.

Step 2: Mark the Length

If using a string, mark the point where the end of the string meets the rest. If using a measuring tape, note the measurement.

Step 3: Measure the String

Lay the string flat and use a ruler to measure the length up to the mark. This measurement is your wrist size.

Step 4: Add Extra Length (Optional)

For a more comfortable fit, add 1-2 cm (about 0.5-1 inch) to your wrist measurement.

Notes

  • For Beaded Bracelets: Add about 1 cm to the wrist size to ensure a comfortable fit.
  • For Bangle Bracelets: Ensure the measured size is slightly larger than your wrist size to easily slip the bracelet on and off.
